Can anybody tell me of a good tutorial / advice on how to pose good penis in vagina / anal? I tried much hard but not getting a good pose that looks real. Any trick to it ??

Possible improvements, dial up a nipple morph or add some bump map textures rather than leaving them perfectly smooth. Adjust hair when possible to not collide with the body (the ponytail straight through the back). Use collision detection/smoothing on features in the scene like the bed sheet to give it some depression where weight would cause the mattress to sink a bit.
None of the above break the image. They are just small tweaks that can add a little something extra.
