Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with leading and managing reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional or team projects.
- 5 years of experience in supervising.
- Experience in working with organizations including Vice President level stakeholders and global projects.
- Experience in working with Product Management and Engineers to drive progress on programs.
- Excellent technical acumen with the knowledge of software development.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Own and drive programs cutting across multiple Google teams; able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with priorities.
- Be the trusted owner of the status of your projects/programs. Drive visibility on progress/dependencies/risks/issues to the executives and other stakeholders. Manage communication of progress/status with customer groups; own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.
- Bring in your technical expertise, your program management experience and your leadership skills to help the team improve and accelerate their execution.
- Build partnerships across Google and leverage your credibility and technical acumen to drive process improvements and efficiencies that lead to better quality and increased velocity.
- Engage with the product management and engineering leaders, and other Technical Program Manager (TPMs), to streamline processes, simplify execution, and bring tooling efficiencies, when needed.
