I have the exact same shawl, it’s warm and matches most of my clothing. It was a gift from a dear friend, that’s why I couldn’t bring myself to cut it up🥲

Such a clever trick with the cuffs! I have a stack of shawls like that which I find I don't wear, as they slide around and fall off. This is a solution.
